Order Exchanges

  • Exchanges: Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges for errors in these selections. However, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement and create a new one with the correct details.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • A 10% cancellation fee, based on the total order value, will apply.
  • If your order has already entered processing, cancellation may not be possible.

Returns are accepted within 180 days of delivery. After this period, all sales are considered final, and refunds will no longer be issued.
